Stasis webifiers are modules which slow down your target. Their speed is decreased while the module is active, but be aware that they are

not prohibited from warping away.

Look in your hangar, if you have not been given a stasis webifier module by your agent, buy one now.

To use this module, open the fitting service and drag it to your ship.

For details on the module's optimal range and speed reduction, you can always right click the item and select show info

from the contextual menu.

The module needs to be manually activated. Once you have targeted an enemy, activate the module the same way you would activate a weapon.

While active, the stasis webifier will slow your enemy considerably. Be aware though, it is only effective within 10 km.

When you have equipped the module, undock and complete the mission.
